The Ell-Saline USD 307 Board of Education believes that strong leadership is essential for a school district to be highly effective. Therefore, the board sets high expectations for itself and its members as district leaders. The Board also expects the superintendent and building principals to be highly organized and strong educational leaders who create excellence in student and teacher performance through their leadership.
- The Board of Education supports and encourages offering a curriculum that provides each student the opportunity to be a successful high school graduate.
- The Board of Education supports and encourages professional development for all staff that reinforces or enhances strategies used in fulfilling their role in providing a quality education for our students.
- The Board of Education supports and encourages expanded teacher and student use of technology to enhance instruction and increase student learning.
- The Board of Education supports and encourages continued maintenance and improvement of all facilities in providing a quality and safe learning environment for our students.
- The Board of Education supports and encourages continued two-way communication with parents and patrons to aid in the success of our students.
