Individual Plan of Study (IPS)
An Overview for Families
Dear Students and Parents,
We invite parents to be a part of the student’s journey to future success by participating in the design of their Individualized Plan of Study (IPS).
USD 307 high schools utilize a program called Xello to help students, parents, and counselors organize students’ interests, achievements, and future goals. Xello, or the IPS, is also used to help plan what courses students will take during high school.

No matter what the final destination of success looks like, every student will need a plan. With the support of school staff and the parent/guardian, students have many important decisions to make before, during, and after high school. We encourage our students to engage in purposeful exploration and career planning when creating a flexible plan for future success.
