The Hagan Scholarship
The Hagan Scholarship is now available to students attending ALL public high schools located in the U.S. that are governed by a school district. This is a scholarship you will want to inform your students about, especially your highest achieving goal-driven students having the greatest financial need. The Hagan Scholarship is a need-based merit scholarship providing each recipient with the opportunity to graduate college debt-free, by providing up to $6,000 each semester for up to 8 consecutive semesters. After graduation from college, Hagan Scholars can apply for a four-semester extension of the scholarship to attend graduate school, receiving $6,000 each semester. Rudd Foundation Scholarship
The Rudd Scholarship is a Kansas program for Kansas residents who qualify for a Pell Grant and gives preference to first-generation and underrepresented students. The Rudd Scholarship is a competitive, 4-year award designed to pay any remaining costs associated with tuition and fees, books and supplies, and room and board after accounting for all other grants, scholarships, and financial awards. It can be applied only towards studies at either Emporia State University, Fort Hays State University, Kansas State University, or Wichita State University for full-time students in pursuit of an undergraduate degree provided a student maintains the renewal criteria below. Selection is based on the aptitude to succeed at the collegiate level, graduate in 4 years, and be a productive and contributing member of their chosen profession, their community, and society as a whole. Eligibility: Must be a US Citizen, Must be a resident of the state of Kansas and qualify for in-state tuition, Must have a cumulative, unweighted high school GPA of 3.0 or above, graduating high school in 2026, and will enroll full-time in the fall. Demonstrated financial need (Pell-eligible). Must be admitted and will attend either Emporia State, Fort Hays State, Kansas State University, or Wichita State University. Burger King Scholars
Scholarship grants range from $1,000 - $50,000 and are intended to help students offset the cost of attending college or post-secondary school.
